Due to the technical nature of these services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.


3. Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic or inspection charges are non-refundable, as they cover the time, expertise, and technical evaluation performed by our technicians, regardless of whether you proceed with the repair.


4. Repair Services

Refunds for repair services may be considered only if:

  • The issue reported was not addressed at all, and

  • No parts were replaced or repair work completed, and

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of service.

If parts were ordered, installed, or special services were performed, refund eligibility may be reduced or denied based on costs incurred.


5. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee successful repair in every case, especially where:

  • Devices are severely damaged

  • Hardware is beyond repair

  • Manufacturer limitations apply

  • Parts are discontinued or unavailable

In such situations, service charges for time and labor remain applicable.


6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Backing up all important data before service

  • Reviewing manufacturer warranty terms

  • Providing accurate information regarding device issues

We are not responsible for data loss, warranty voidance, or pre-existing damage.


7. Cancellation Policy

If a scheduled service is cancelled:

  • Before technician dispatch: No charge

  • After technician dispatch: A service visit fee may apply
